Racing For Kids and Andretti Green Racing Team Up for “Kids at the Track Day” in St. Petersburg

Young patients from All Children’s Hospital along with their families will be guests of Racing For Kids and Andretti Green Racing at the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. They will participate in “Kids at the Track Day” on Friday, April 4, 2008. A full day of activities is planned, including a buffet lunch, a paddock tour and attendance at IndyCar practice.  As a special treat the kids will be visited by IndyCar drivers Townsend Bell and Hideki Mutoh for a photo and autograph session.

This is the second year that AGR and Racing For Kids have sponsored this event.  Last year was a great success with Danica Patrick making the All Children's hospital visit and Buddy Rice and other IndyCar drivers greeting the guests at the track. The children enjoyed having their picture taken with the drivers and having the drivers autograph their Racing For Kids hats.

Racing For Kids will again join the Michael Andretti Foundation Gala on April 4, 2008 at the Mahaffey Theater inside the St. Petersburg race course.   Racing For Kids is happy to be part of such a worthy event where the proceeds benefit selected local area charities
